As our Employer Brand Strategist & Content Creator, you’ll be at the center of our brand experience — creating, hosting, and sharing what makes 4P’s special. From event coverage to partner stories, social posts to on-camera interviews, you’ll bring heart, humor, and hype to everything we do.

What You’ll Do

🎥 Be our on-camera host for videos, stories, livestreams, and culture content
🎨 Use tools like Canva, Descript, Synthesia, and ChatGPT to design impactful content
📸 Attend events, celebrations, and team moments to capture real-time magic
💬 Partner with the Engagement team to develop storytelling themes and campaigns
🌟 Serve as a brand ambassador at social, networking, and recruitment events
🧠 Bring strategic insight and fresh ideas to every campaign you lead
📅 Manage content calendars and post across our internal and social platforms
📊 Track performance and evolve content based on what connects best

What You Bring

• 2–4 years in content creation, branding, media, or storytelling
• A stunning portfolio — especially of video and on-camera work
• Fluency in English (Vietnamese a plus!)
• Style, sophistication, and serious trend radar
• Confidence on camera and in social spaces
• Experience using AI tools for content creation is a big plus
• An innovative mindset and love for making the ordinary feel extraordinary
