[HCM] Tech Project Manager

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our Technology Department. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. The Technical Project Manager will work directly with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, coordinate resources, and ensure the successful delivery of technology initiatives that support our business goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects that support Pizza 4P's business objectives
• Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including software developers, data analysts, UX/UI designers, and business stakeholders
• Manage project scope, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and third-party vendors
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to leadership
• Create and maintain project documentation including requirements, specifications, and status reports
• Implement and oversee project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
• Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Facilitate the deployment and adoption of new technologies across the organization
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry
• Proven track record of successfully delivered IT projects
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum)
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make decisions under pressure
• Proficient understanding of software development lifecycle
• PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certification is a plus

Preferred Skills
Experience with restaurant management systems, POS systems, or hospitality technology
Knowledge of digital transformation initiatives in the food service industry
Understanding of cloud infrastructure and SaaS applications
Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools
Familiarity with international operations and multi-location deployments
Basic understanding of programming concepts and database structures
