ABOUT THE ROLE
As the HR Data & Reporting Specialist, you will be at the heart of our global HR transformation. You’ll provide accurate, insightful data and reporting that powers strategic decision-making across our regions. WHAT WILL YOU DO
1.HR Reporting & Dashboards
- Develop, automate, and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key metrics (e.g., headcount, turnover, hiring, engagement, DEI, compensation).
- Use Python or other scripting languages to automate data processes and enhance report generation.
- Provide ad hoc and scheduled reporting to support the needs of global and regional HR teams.
2. Data Analysis & Insight Generation
- Analyze people data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities across the employee lifecycle.
- Use SQL and/or Python for data querying, cleaning, and transformation.
- Support workforce planning, talent acquisition strategies, and organizational effectiveness initiatives with actionable insights.
3. Data Quality & System Integrity
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of HR data across multiple HR and restaurant operations systems.
- Support data audits, cleansing, and compliance efforts across countries and systems.
- Build data pipelines and workflows to ensure clean, accessible reporting data.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner closely with HRBPs, COEs, and the Transformation Team to translate data into impactful action.
- Act as a trusted advisor on metrics, reporting, and best practices for people analytics.
- Provide training and support to HR team members on accessing and interpreting data.
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in HR analytics, reporting, or data management
- Coding proficiency in Python (preferred) for automating data tasks and handling large datasets
- Familiarity with SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Experience working with a wide range of HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, BambooHR)
- Understanding of data visualization best practices
- Attention to detail and a high standard for data accuracy and integrity
- Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills and business acumen
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
