ABOUT THE ROLE

As the HR Data & Reporting Specialist, you will be at the heart of our global HR transformation. You’ll provide accurate, insightful data and reporting that powers strategic decision-making across our regions. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a people-first, data-informed organization during a high-growth period.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

1.HR Reporting & Dashboards

  • Develop, automate, and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key metrics (e.g., headcount, turnover, hiring, engagement, DEI, compensation).
  • Use Python or other scripting languages to automate data processes and enhance report generation.
  • Provide ad hoc and scheduled reporting to support the needs of global and regional HR teams.

2. Data Analysis & Insight Generation

  • Analyze people data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities across the employee lifecycle.
  • Use SQL and/or Python for data querying, cleaning, and transformation.
  • Support workforce planning, talent acquisition strategies, and organizational effectiveness initiatives with actionable insights.

3. Data Quality & System Integrity

  • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of HR data across multiple HR and restaurant operations systems.
  • Support data audits, cleansing, and compliance efforts across countries and systems.
  • Build data pipelines and workflows to ensure clean, accessible reporting data.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner closely with HRBPs, COEs, and the Transformation Team to translate data into impactful action.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on metrics, reporting, and best practices for people analytics.
  • Provide training and support to HR team members on accessing and interpreting data.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR analytics, reporting, or data management
  • Coding proficiency in Python (preferred) for automating data tasks and handling large datasets
  • Familiarity with SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
  • Experience working with a wide range of HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, BambooHR)
  • Understanding of data visualization best practices
  • Attention to detail and a high standard for data accuracy and integrity
  • Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills and business acumen
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for purpose-driven work
