[HCM] Sustainability Executive

THE ROLE
Pizza 4P’s is recognized as one of the most influential F&B businesses in Vietnam with a passion for promoting sustainability in this country with the vision of “Make the World Smile for Peace”. We are currently looking for a dedicated Integrated Sustainability Coordinator to join our team. The role plays a pivotal part in supporting the sustainability manager and ensuring the successful implementation of our company's sustainability initiatives, offering a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the sustainability field. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manage and enhance performance on key sustainability metrics to monitor the progress of initiatives, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Evaluate the economic impact of Pizza 4P's, including contributions to local economies, job creation, and support for small businesses and entrepreneurs.
• Research and engage with local community, government, 3rd party organization for regenerative agriculture and awareness, through participating in activities/events , collaboration in sustainability, marketing, session request
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of sustainability initiatives across the organization.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations, providing clear and concise information to support decision-making processes.
• Manage current projects and provide active support, offering insights for improvement to enhance project outcomes.
• Work alongside the Sustainability Manager to establish and implement short-, mid-, and long-term sustainability goals and objectives, effectively operationalizing the Sustainability Vision.

WHO YOU ARE

• Proven experience in sustainability project management, ideally in a corporate or nonprofit setting.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to analyze data and information to contribute to the development of sustainable strategies
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Passion for driving positive change and contributing to a more sustainable future for the company and the community
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization -  Fluency in English (both written and speaking) is preferred.
