The Role: Talent Acquisition and Social Influencer Consultant (Global)
This is not your average recruitment job.
You’ll lead full-cycle hiring for regional leadership and corporate office roles — while also serving as a brand influencer for 4P’s across LinkedIn, events, and the wider talent community.
We’re looking for someone bold, strategic, and people-first — with the influence to attract high-potential talent and the insight to build long-term pipelines.
What You’ll Do
Leadership Hiring & Strategic Sourcing
● Lead recruitment for senior, corporate, and high-impact roles across multiple countries
● Build proactive pipelines of future-ready leaders and specialists
● Collaborate with senior stakeholders and HRBPs on workforce planning and hiring strategy
● Ensure an inclusive, WOW-worthy experience for every candidate
● Track performance via ATS metrics, pipeline health, and candidate feedback
Social Influence & Brand Presence
● Represent 4P’s at industry events, conferences, and hiring activations
● Create high-quality content (especially LinkedIn) that amplifies our EVP and partner stories
● Act as a senior brand influencer across digital channels
● Partner with Marketing & Employer Brand teams to launch targeted campaigns
Innovation & Community Building
● Use data and insights to optimize recruitment and content strategies
● Mentor junior recruiters and hiring teams on best practices
● Engage in DEI, talent mobility, and regional talent branding projects
● Pilot new sourcing tools and recruitment tech
What You Bring
Experience & Skills
● 4+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment; 2+ years in leadership or corporate hiring
● Strong track record in proactive sourcing, pipeline building, and community engagement
● Confident presence online and in-person; comfortable representing a brand
● Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter, SmartRecruiters (or similar ATS), Canva, CapCut, and social
content tools
● Excellent written and verbal communication
● Business-level English required; Vietnamese or another SEA language a plus

● Candidate Satisfaction: Measured via feedback and NPS
● Event Impact: Qualified leads and hires generated from external engagement
